Healing and Balance

The world is full of people, places and things that can affect our peace of mind, our mental and emotional health, our physical well-being, and our healing.

To heal...to feel well mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, you have to be balanced. 

Balance means alignment.

It is hard to ground and stay balanced, especially if we are indoors and not around nature. 

Being balanced is important for me to navigate my life; the bracelets I create for myself and others promote energetic balance.

Bracelets are cleansed and charged in the sun. 

Essential oils are to coat and cleanse.

Crystals are randomly hand selected. No two bracelets will be exactly the same. Bracelets will include a combination of multiple stones of the same color spectrum selected.
