If we are being honest with ourselves,
we know when we are unhappy.
We know when we are unhealthy.
We know when we are unfulfilled.
You know when you don't have peace, when you are stressed out, and when you are in pain.
If you are being honest with yourself, you know when you need to change.
The hard part is changing.
To change, we have to first accept we need to.
Then, we have to be committed to doing the things that make us better consistently, even if it is hard.
This is how we change.
Most people don't seek long-term transformative change until something significant happens in their life.
And even when we decide to change, our commitment and success is directly connected to how honest we are with ourselves.
If we aren't honest with ourselves and others...if we don't hold ourselves accountable for the things we are not doing...we are not really changing.
If you are deciding to change, you have to be honest with yourself about what you need to change and why you need to change it.
You have to be committed to consistently doing intentional work in every area of your life to create new habits, new routines, and lasting transformative change.
This is improvement.
This is awakening.
This is ascension.
For real coaching and personal transformation to occur, you must be ready to be honest with yourself, first and foremost. Accountability and decisive action are required to create lasting change. You must also be committed to doing the work it takes to change. I am only the guide and teacher; you have to do the real work. Only you can.

It is hard to change on our own. Sometimes, we need someone to guide us and teach us how we can become better. It is necessary for me to be the right example, the right leader, and the right coach because I take my purpose and responsibility in this world seriously. Through my example, experience. and guidance, people are able to find their way to their own healing and long-term change.
To be successful, you have to be committed. You have to be dedicated to the change. You have to be willing to let go of what you are used to in order to create new and healthier habits in your life. You can't change and stay the same. Change requires change.
Honesty with yourself and others. Respect for yourself and for others. Integrity with yourself and others. Love for yourself and for others.
For change to occur, embody honesty, respect, integrity and love.
To be successful in change, be realistic with yourself about the hard work, accountability, humility, and honesty it takes. Give yourself grace if you fall back into the same patterns, the same distractions, or what is comfortable. We are not perfect; what creates success is the ability to keep moving forward, and to keep trying, despite the challenges, despite making mistakes, despite the difficulty, despite the setbacks, and despite the pain.
Keep going, I believe in you.
